Terms & Conditions
These terms outline the payment, financing, maintenance, and referral policies for working with scalemybiz.ai.
1,000 Minutes Included
The first 1,000 client call minutes are included. Additional client call time is billed at $0.20 per minute.
Two-Week Financing
Approved projects may use a financing plan of up to two weeks. Financing does not change the no-refund policy.
Maintenance Can Pause
Ongoing maintenance services may be canceled or paused. Service work resumes once the plan is reactivated.
Referral Ad Spend Credit
Any new client referred by an existing scalemybiz.ai client receives $1,000 in covered ad spend after onboarding begins.
1. Services
scalemybiz.ai provides AI automation, marketing support, implementation, maintenance, and related business growth services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
2. Payments and Refunds
By purchasing services from scalemybiz.ai, you agree that all payments are final. There are no refunds for strategy, setup, buildout, ad management, consulting, software, maintenance, or other services already purchased or performed unless scalemybiz.ai confirms an exception in writing. The first 1,000 client call minutes included in the service are covered at no additional charge. After the first 1,000 minutes, client call time is billed at $0.20 per minute.
3. Financing Option
When approved by scalemybiz.ai, a client may use a financing plan for up to two weeks. Financing availability is discretionary and may require separate approval, documentation, or payment terms. Entering a financing plan does not create a refund right and does not delay a client's obligation to pay according to the agreed schedule.
4. Maintenance, Pauses, and Cancellation
Maintenance and ongoing service plans may be canceled or paused by scalemybiz.ai or the client, subject to any active written agreement. If maintenance is paused or canceled, work may stop immediately, response times may change, and services will restart only after reactivation and any required payments are completed.
5. Referral Offer
If an existing scalemybiz.ai client brings in a new client, that new client will receive $1,000 in ad spend covered by scalemybiz.ai. This referral benefit applies once the referred client signs up and begins onboarding, and it applies per qualified new client unless scalemybiz.ai states otherwise in writing.
6. Updates to These Terms
scalemybiz.ai may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
